Job Overview As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate their needs. You will work hard but have a great time doing it! Responsibilities Deliver excellent guest service. Recommend menu items and upsell specials. Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs. Maintain a clean and organized dining area. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Effective communication skills. Commitment to making an impact. Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds; transport plates, glasses, and baskets about 30 times per shift. Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
