1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (or 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM

???? $19.00/hour + $3.00/hour Shift Differential ($22.00/hour Total)

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, using tools, and seeing the finished product you helped create? We're hiring Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in New Freedom, PA.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, carpentry, automotive repair, maintenance, HVAC, or any hands-on mechanical field. You'll work in a clean, organized facility building high-quality medical and spa equipment while enjoying a four-day work week and long weekends every week.

• Assemble medical tables, spa beds, and related equipment
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools to complete assemblies
• Measure, align, and install components accurately
• Perform quality inspections on completed products
• Assist with upholstery, finishing, packaging, and shipping operations as needed
• Support multiple production departments through cross-training opportunities
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, construction, automotive, maintenance, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Freedom, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
