Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the ICU nursing team.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of patient care.
• Manage unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practices in critical care.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in a Critical Care setting (Required)
• Active Florida RN license (Required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (Required)
• 2 years of recent experience in a leadership role within a critical care unit (Required)
