Title Clerk | Automotive Services Partner

We’re looking for a Title Clerk to join a well-established automotive services organization supporting dealership documentation and compliance. If you have administrative or customer service experience and enjoy detail-oriented, process-driven work, this is a great opportunity to build experience in a structured office environment with minimal phone work.

What You’ll Do:

• Sort, open, and process incoming mail and vehicle title documents
• Scan, match, file, and retrieve large volumes of physical and digital paperwork
• Prepare and organize documents for outgoing shipments
• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into internal systems
• Maintain organized records for compliance and document tracking
• Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

What You Bring:

• Previous administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling repetitive tasks
• Comfortable with computers, data entry, and basic office software
• Organized, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work fully on-site in Kansas City, MO

Location: Kansas City, MO (100% On-Site)

Pay: $19 – $21/hour.
