Electronic Engineer

Job Overview
Pay Range: $85/hr - $90/hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in electronic product development.
- Knowledge of validation methods and reliability engineering.
- Familiarity with FMEA and risk-based validation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain DVP&R plans.
- Translate requirements, risks, and FMEA outputs into validation strategies.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure validation coverage.
- Plan validation across simulation, lab, HIL, environmental, and field testing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external testing resources.
- Ensure test readiness and quality execution.
- Review validation results for accuracy and traceability.
- Provide technical feedback and recommendations.
- Support product release decisions based on validation outcomes.
- Work with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and systems teams.
- Align validation plans with schedules and resources.
- Improve validation workflows and consistency.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with IMUs, MEMS sensors, or off-highway equipment.
- Background in reliability or durability testing.
- Hands-on lab or machine testing experience.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
