We are seeking a motivated, consultative sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
This role is ideal for relationship builders who enjoy solving problems, exceeding goals, and being rewarded for performance. In this role you will help customers make confident, informed decisions regarding their Hvac and plumbing estimates.
What You'll Do
- Respond and follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads.
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized HVAC and indoor air quality solutions.
- Present maintenance memberships, warranties, and financing solutions.
- Deliver value-based presentations that focus on solving customer needs.
- Assist in preparation with accurate estimates, proposals, financing documents and contracts.
- Professionally overcome objections and close sales with integrity.
- Coordinate with service technicians, installers, dispatch, and management to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain communication with customers before, during, and after installation.
- Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
- Manage lead generation programs.
- Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow all company standards.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years of successful in-home sales experience
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office, tablets, and mobile technology.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred
- Residential HVAC sales experience
- Experience with financing programs and maintenance agreement sales
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
Salary Range is 50-90K, commission.
