Insight Global is currently hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for one of our clients in Allen, TX. Our client is a global telecommunications solutions company that specializes in antennas and BDA (Bi-Directional Amplifier) technology used in hospitals, stadiums, high-rise buildings, and other large facilities. The organization has over 4,000 employees worldwide with a growing U.S. operation that supports the majority of domestic product distribution through its Allen, Texas facility.

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and inventory administration. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring products are received, processed, documented, and shipped accurately while supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing physical warehouse responsibilities with administrative tasks.

This is a 9-month contract to hire position with an hourly pay of $20/hr.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2–3+ years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination experience.
Experience creating shipping labels and coordinating freight shipments.
-Experience working within ERP or inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to perform hands-on warehouse duties, including lifting, packing, and moving materials.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Forklift certification (highly preferred but not required).
SAP or similar ERP experience.
Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems.
Experience coordinating international shipments.
