Business Development Manager – Honolulu, HI (Hybrid) – Pay: $25.00 – $31.25 per hour – Full‑time Bishop & Company is seeking a Business Development Manager on behalf of a respected nonprofit organization in Honolulu. The role is ideal for a relationship‑focused professional with experience in fundraising, business development, account management, or corporate partnerships who enjoys building meaningful connections and making a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of workplace giving campaigns and corporate partnerships, with responsibility for relationship management, strategy, and revenue growth. Build, maintain, and expand relationships with corporate partners through meetings, presentations, campaign activities, and ongoing engagement. Develop and implement fundraising and engagement strategies to increase participation and donor support. Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve results. Partner with internal teams to support campaign execution, donor stewardship, communications, and organizational initiatives. Maintain accurate records within CRM and fundraising systems to support reporting, forecasting, and account management. Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and partner engagements. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fundraising, business development, account management, corporate partnerships, or a related field. Experience managing multiple client, partner, or stakeholder relationships simultaneously. Experience utilizing CRM platforms, donor databases, or similar systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive results with minimal supervision. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data and identify opportunities for growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM and collaboration platforms such as Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, or similar systems is preferred. Professional, collaborative, adaptable, and customer‑service oriented. Requirements Must currently reside in Hawaii or have established plans to relocate. Must be able to travel regularly throughout Oahu for partner meetings and community events. Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current automobile insurance may be required. Hybrid work environment combining office and field‑based work throughout Oahu; full‑time schedule, Monday through Friday. Occasional early morning, evening, and weekend hours may be required during peak campaign periods. Regular use of computers, CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual meeting platforms.
