Project AccountantWe are hiring a Project Accountant to complete monthly estimates and revenue calculations, prepare monthly closing, inventory reconciliations, audit requests and variance reporting. NEW Direct Hire opportunity in Spring, TX Salary $90k-100k ResponsibilitiesComplete monthly revenue recognition calculation, prepare journal entries and ensure adherence to IFRS 15 contact regulations.Preparation of monthly estimates at completion, preparing the EAC workbook, analyzing, reconciling and review with project manager to facilitate presentation to management.Review project and facility costs as compared to budget to ensure costs are being allocated properly.Forecasting – prepare weekly project forecasts including costs, invoicing and revenue calculations.Monitoring project billing milestones and ensure they are being billed and collected in a timely manner.Assisting with bids & proposals, reviewing new contracts to assist with preparation of IFRS revenue recognition memos.Education and RequirementsMinimum of 5 years in cost accounting, project accounting, or financial & planning analysis.Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Accounting or related field.Experience with an ERP system is preferred.Knowledge of GAAP Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards required.Company Benefits:Competitive vacation and sick time off planAffordable medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with 6% company match after 6 months
