Job Description Job Description Position Overview Job Title: Dental Hygienist Location: Waterbury, CT Compensation: $49-$67 per hour, plus additional production incentives What We Provide Competitive salary Bi-weekly bonuses based on production with no cap 401(k) plan with employer matching Flexible work schedules Your Responsibilities as a Dental Hygienist Provide high-quality, compassionate care to all patients Conduct scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride treatments, and other related tasks under the supervision of a general dentist Deliver same-day care whenever feasible to enhance customer satisfaction Educate patients and their families about proper oral hygiene practices Evaluate dental conditions and needs, while reviewing patients' medical histories Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process Assist with dental and periodontal charting as required Take and organize x-rays in patient records as necessary Adhere to all regulatory requirements and organizational standards Qualifications and Requirements Valid state Dental Hygienist license CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a practical skills assessment (mandatory at the time of hire) About Us Our organization is dedicated to creating over a million healthy, happy smiles each year, supported by a team of more than 2,000 professionals nationwide.
