What You Will Be Doing As the Aeronautical Engineer Asc Mgr - L4 you will be responsible for leading the design and production of wiring harnesses for advanced aircraft platforms, guiding a team of engineers, and ensuring program schedules and budgets are met. Your Responsibilities Will Include Design and fabricate wiring diagrams and harnesses for large aircraft platforms. Determine scope, estimate, plan, and implement complex technical projects. Lead technical discussions in program‑level meetings and coordinate with support organizations, suppliers, and customers. Provide leadership for personnel, including performance reviews and career development. Manage EVMS, CAM duties, project scheduling, and resource loading. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, a related engineering discipline, or equivalent post‑secondary education combined with relevant professional experience. Experience with Capital Logic, Creo, Cameo, or similar CAD tool Experience with Harness, Wiring, or Cable design/schematics Nominal knowledge and experience working with Earned Value Must be eligible for a Secret Clearance Desired Skills Experience with some Aerospace Aircraft (C-130H, C-130J, C-5, P3, F35, F16, F22, etc...) Some experience, and technical/project leadership experience on large-scale aircraft and defense systems acquisition and development programs Applicant must have an established reputation for respect and patience with peers and those under his/her supervision or direction Some experience with LM Aero tools and databases; these include but are not limited to LAWS, ECRS, DIMs, CADatanet, ServiceFlo, ICA, EDCS, DSD, GUIDE, and ADMS Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
