We strive to put American manufacturing on top! We are located in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

About the Job:

Bell Intercoolers designs and manufactures custom heat exchangers (charge air coolers, oil coolers, radiators, etc) for a diverse array of markets and performance driven applications. We provide unparalleled customer satisfaction through superior product quality, and short manufacturing lead times. To accomplish this, we cut, bend, and weld aluminum sheet and parts, in a fast paced shop-like manufacturing environment. Our welders/fabricators are highly skilled and cross trained on various products and functions in our shop so that we can work as a team to accomplish production goals. Our company is building a team culture where we succeed together. We are looking for talented and proficient welders to become part of our team.

Requirements:

· Experience fabricating and TIG welding aluminum parts with a proven track record for efficiency and attention to detail.

· Comfortable operating common metal shop equipment and hand tools (sheers, breaks, cutting tools, straightedge, square, ruler, caliper, etc.).

· Ability to read and comprehend drawings to meet fabrication specifications.

Other Requirements:

· Safety oriented.

· Ability to lift 80 lbs.

· Must possess good agility, & ability to handle physical workload.

· Must be able to communicate effectively with others.

· Self-motivated and self-directed

· Driven to learn and overcome new challenges inherent with a growing company.

· Qualified candidates must pass a TIG Welding Test AND Fabrication Test.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour
