$22.00 - $23.00/hour , based on experience
Full-Time | Primarily days - evenings, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Lead and oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring resident rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high quality and performance standards.
• Manage floor care, carpet cleaning, waste disposal, and inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and safety standards through regular inspections and staff training.
• Collaborate with other departments to support resident satisfaction, address concerns, and perform additional duties as needed.
• May cover housekeeping and laundry duties during staff absences.

Qualifications for Success:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding housekeeping/laundry duties as needed.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably overseeing housekeeping services in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
