Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas PT license required to start the position.
• Minimum 1 year of licensed clinical experience for DPT candidates. New graduates must be licensed for at least 1 year.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred. Experience with sports medicine caseloads is desirable.
• Comfort with 1:1, one-hour patient visits and a conservative, non-invasive treatment model (no injections or invasive procedures).
• Ability to manage progressive rehab programs including hands-on care and exercise instruction.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Open to candidates relocating to the region. Candidates from home health or inpatient backgrounds will be considered.

Schedule & Caseload:

• Shift: Days. Typical schedule: Tuesday–Saturday preferred; schedule may vary by clinic needs.
• Patient-care hours: 40 hours per week.
• Visit model: 1:1 care, one-hour visits split between assessment/hands-on care and exercise instruction.
• Patient population: ages 5 through 65+. No Medicare patients. Strong sports medicine focus.

Technology & Clinic Model:

• Electronic Medical Record: Raintree.
• Clinic model similar to outpatient orthopedics with both Doctors of Chiropractic and Physical Therapists providing care.
• Conservative, non-invasive treatment philosophy aimed at rapid resolution (average 3–4 visits per patient).

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated and clinically confident. Able to drive individualized treatment plans and rehab protocols.
• Prefers non-templated, customized care approaches.
• Comfortable working independently or with a small team.
