Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations. Qualifications for a private duty LPN Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. A current nursing license in good standing in the state. Pay Range: $26-$28 per hour.
