Position: 2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time Location: Dodge City, KS Job Id: 62706-0607 # of Openings: 1 We are looking for an energetic and dependable individual who enjoys interacting with customers, has some sales experience, and wants to learn how to manage people. This entry‑level part‑time management role combines sales responsibilities with leading the sales team when you are the manager on duty. What you will do: Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience. Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories. Ring up sales using the computer, process cash and credit card transactions. Assist with restocking the sales floor. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Teach new and existing staff how to perform the above tasks. Lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Make deposits at the bank. Process freight and setup the sales floor as inventory arrives. What are the perks: Employee discount of 30%. What you need: At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation for bank deposits. Desire to coach others in sales and develop people‑management skills. Physical capability to kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25‑50 pounds.
