Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
• Identify basic vehicle concerns and document findings accurately
• Communicate inspection results clearly to service advisors
• Maintain efficiency while following dealership safety and quality standards
• Use dealership systems to record work performed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Participate in training and skill development as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

The Quick / Express Lane Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following elements:

• Hourly compensation , which varies based on experience, skill level, and performance
• Production-based incentive compensation , which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
• Retention-based incentive compensation , which may be earned based on hours produced

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $18.00 to $34.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job-related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.

Qualifications

Quick / Express Lane Technician Qualifications

• Basic automotive service or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform routine services efficiently and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Desire to learn and grow within the Ford/Lincoln brand
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
