Responsibilities Provide confident, honest styling advice and help customers select pieces to complete their wardrobe. Create and maintain customer connections using in-store interactions and digital tools such as text, social media, and apps. Drive sales growth through appointment setting, outreach, and follow-up after purchases. Support store presentation by keeping merchandise organized and maintaining a welcoming environment. Sell across multiple departments and introduce customers to loyalty programs and events. Requirements Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships. Styling and wardrobe knowledge with the ability to organize, advise, and follow up. Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to meet sales targets and leverage digital engagement. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
