Senior Compensation Partner, Customer Org & Incentives
MongoDB
MongoDB is seeking a Compensation Partner to serve as the primary compensation resource for the Customer organization, supporting VP/Director-level leaders and HRBPs. You will own the end-to-end compensation process, provide data-informed guidance on offers, equity, and promotions, and lead initiatives on incentive plans and governance.
