Returns Clerk
Location: Premium 3PL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Position Summary
Premium 3PL is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Returns Clerk to join our warehouse operations
team. This role is responsible for processing returned merchandise accurately and efficiently while ensuring
inventory records remain up to date. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with warehouse
software, and able to learn a wide variety of client products.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise.
Determine the condition of returned products and process them according to client guidelines.
Accurately update inventory records in ShipHero.
Restock sellable inventory and properly document damaged or unsellable items.
Research discrepancies and communicate findings with the Customer Service and Inventory teams.
Maintain accurate documentation using Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Ensure returns are processed in a timely and organized manner.
Keep the returns area clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse standards.
Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse, inventory, or returns processing experience preferred.
Familiarity with ShipHero and Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets) is preferred.
Ability to perform basic math functions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to identify and become familiar with a wide variety of client products.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
