Essential Functions and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components. Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement). Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles. Maintain regular communication with dispatch. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops). Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.
