You will:Arrive on time for each assignment and complete tasks outlined in the individualized plan of careProvide assistance with daily living activities, including:Preparing meals and washing dishesRunning errands (e.g., grocery shopping)Assisting with bathing, dressing, and groomingLight housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dusting, vacuuming)Offering companionship through conversation, reading, games, and activitiesReminding clients to take medicationCommunicate regularly with your supervisor regarding services provided and any changes or concerns in a client's healthUse sound judgment and maintain strict client confidentialityPositively represent Connections at Home in every interactionWhat We're Looking ForMust be 18 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or GED (Preferred)Previous experience or education in home care, human/social service OR related field!Interest in working with older adultsValid driver's license and access to a vehicle requiredCNA certification is not requiredSchedule & HoursPRN (as needed)Work LocationCare is provided in private homes throughout Lancaster County and within Willow Valley Communities.If you're passionate about helping others and want flexible, meaningful work with a team that truly values you, we'd love to have you join Connections at Home!Willow Valley Communities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
