Level 3 Help Desk Engineer

Our client is seeking a Level 3 Help Desk Engineer to serve as a senior escalation point within their IT support team. This role requires a proactive, solutions-driven professional with strong communication skills and experience supporting enterprise environments, particularly within the finance industry. This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY.

Starting at $13/hour.

Level 3 Help Desk Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across the Help Desk
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for advanced issues involving Office 365, Azure, and Exchange
• Provide timely updates and proactive communication to end users and stakeholders
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes using PowerShell
• Support and maintain enterprise-level systems and infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional technical challenges

Level 3 Help Desk Engineer's Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 5 years of Help Desk or IT Support experience, with escalation-level responsibilities
• Prior experience supporting finance and enterprise-level environments
• Strong expertise in Office 365, Azure, and Exchange
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset
