Assist with new team member onboarding to platforms and flag access gaps or workflow issues to the Marketing Operations Manager.Documentation & SOPsAssist in building and maintaining the SOP and playbook library. Document new processes as they develop and use AI tools to accelerate documentation and improve workflow templates.Vendor & Partner CoordinationTrack vendor deliverables, deadlines, and contracts across marketing technology partners, print vendors, and media suppliers. Escalate performance concerns and renewal needs as appropriate.Cross-Functional CommunicationServe as a coordination point between marketing, clinical, front desk, and administrative teams.
