Pay & Benefits

• Pay Package:
  • Orientation: $150 - $157.50 per hour (paid after 8 hours; includes prorated malpractice)
  • Hourly Rate: $300 - $315 per hour (not overtime)
  • Holiday Rate: $450 - $472.50 per hour (1.5x hourly rate)

What You’ll Do

• Provide quality anesthesia care for outpatient procedures at a busy surgery center
• Assess patients pre-operatively and develop anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vitals during procedures
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and patient safety
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all services accurately and in compliance with facility protocols

What You Need

• Valid Nebraska CRNA license
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of anesthesia experience, ideally in outpatient settings
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
