COMPANY DRIVERS
At Keim TS, you’ll primarily haul building products, with 60% of the loads preloaded and pretarped—with no Canada and no hazmat.

- Flexible, Dedicated Home Time - Home Weekends & Flexible Scheduling!
- Starting Earning Potential of $75K - $85K Annually
- Pay starting @ 60 CPM or 25.25% of the Line Haul, with experience it will be higher!
- Driver’s choice of Mileage OR Percentage Pay
- Pay is direct deposited every Monday
- Average 1,500 - 2,000 Miles Weekly
- $50 Tarp/$25 Un-Tarp Pay, 50% Jobsite Pay, 50% additional Drop Pay & Detention Pay

*Louisiana Details* - Regional role home on weekends. Multiple loads most days. Pretty much all of them will need tarped. Shorter runs around 100 – 200 miles
Hiring Criteria
- Min. 21 years old
- CDL-A license & physical
- 12 months of experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience required
- Pass agility test: able to lift/carry 100 lb. tarps, able to climb.
- Solid work history
- Pass urine drug screen
- Past 5 Years: no DUI/DW, no reckless or careless driving, no alcohol or drug conviction.
