NOW HIRING - Line Cook at the NEW Courtyard by Marriott BillingsPart Time hours available, flexible schedule and weekends required. Restaurant open 7 days a week, closed for lunch. This role involves: Preparing all food items per standard recipes and/or as specified on guest checks to ensure consistency of product. Checks and controls proper storage of product, monitoring age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain the highest quality. Keeps all refrigeration equipment, storage, and working areas clean, free of clutter, and complying with Health Department Regulations. Ensure preparation, plating, and presentation standards are maintained and safety standards. Ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move heavy items. Ability to stand and to work continuously in confined spaces. knowledge of operating kitchen equipment, i.e. stoves, ovens, broilers, etc., preferred.
