We are seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to join our small crew supporting residential, commercial, and mixed construction projects. This role requires adaptability to local travel and working in various weather conditions using hand and power tools to assist with site preparation and material handling. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to company standards are essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle materials efficiently to support project needs
- Prepare construction sites for ongoing work
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Adapt to and work in inclement weather conditions
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Follow directions precisely and manage assigned tasks independently
- Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to company conduct standards
- Comply with all safety regulations on site
