• 4-day work week with flexible scheduling options
• Favorable 1:8 call with laborist covering 7 shifts per month
• 5 Certified Nurse Midwives share first call for triage and vaginal births
• Approximately 750 deliveries per year with high VBAC success rate
• In-office procedures include LEEPs, hysteroscopies, ablations, and 3D ultrasound
• Advanced imaging on-site: 3D mammography and breast ultrasound
• Hospital-based services include robotic surgery, water births, and low c-section rate
• Hospital-employed position with a well-established and supportive team
