Pest Control Home Sales Inspector - Delray Beach

Job Overview As an Orkin Home Sales Inspector, you’ll perform 360 inspections of homeowners’ properties to recommend termite protection solutions. You will prospect business, schedule sales appointments, and use company-provided tools to prepare sales agreements. First year potential earnings $80,000 - $100,000 a year. Responsibilities Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Act as an empathetic problem solver, using training to recommend innovative pest solutions. Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services. Inspect interior and exterior of customer homes. Make recommendations based on inspection results. Use the company iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No experience required. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients. Able to use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Ability to access confined spaces, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Capable of wearing PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator. Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
