Responsibilities

What You'll Do

* Load, unload, and organize shipments of products and materials within the warehouse.

* Prepare and stage materials for installer pick?ups.

* Clean, organize, and prep trucks for next?day installations.

* Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.

* Follow all company safety requirements.

* Assist with team lifts as needed.

* Perform other duties as assigned based on location or shift.

Qualifications

What You Bring

* Strong customer service skills, friendly, empathetic, and professional.

* Ability to stay organized and manage priorities independently.

* Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and feedback.

* Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

* Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing.

* Comfortable working in a semi?climate?controlled environment.
