As part of our remote detox center, you will engage with clients through virtual platforms, facilitating connection and therapeutic interventions in a comfortable, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to determine clients' strengths and identify areas requiring support. Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy and counseling for individuals, couples, and groups to foster emotional healing and recovery. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and addiction specialists, to coordinate integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients. Advocate on behalf of clients to secure their rights and facilitate access to community resources that enhance their recovery journey. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health record systems to track efficacy and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, strategies, and enhance clinical practices. Stay informed of best practices in the field through participation in continuing education and professional development activities. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing substance use challenges and various co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique life experiences and perspectives. Your ability to connect and build rapport with individuals from diverse populations will be critical in fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships and achieving positive client outcomes. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington. A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, with a focus on mental health or addiction treatment. Proven ability to perform diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with clients' needs and goals. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical clinical practice. Preferred Experience Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Experience working within a remote treatment setting or detox center, understanding the unique challenges and needs of this environment. A track record of advocacy for clients' rights and accessibility within the mental health and substance use disorder treatment systems. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary ranging between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and projected caseload.
