Remote Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (Entry-Level to Junior) - California

A well-established and expanding California-based law firm is actively hiring entry-level to junior Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys to join its fully remote team. This is an outstanding opportunity for newer attorneys to gain hands-on litigation experience while working alongside experienced mentors in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations (virtually and occasionally in person if local)
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy

What We're Looking For

• Active California Bar license (required)
• 0-3 years of experience (Workers' Comp experience is a plus, not required)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a remote environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a litigation setting
