Commission-Driven Inside Sales Rep - HVAC Call Center

Job Overview Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling in West Berlin, NJ is searching for a full‑time Call Center Agent – Inside Sales Rep to leverage your customer service skills and drive sales for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to move prospects through the sales pipeline. Follow up on quoted work that was not sold to secure customer commitment and ensure 100 % satisfaction. Set firm appointments, promote services, and resolve objections. Schedule new appointments and communicate with technicians as needed. Maintain accurate customer records and lead management documentation. Qualifications Experience in a sales or customer service role. Proficiency with phone and email communication. Strong drive to succeed and ability to take initiative with customers. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Preferred: call‑center experience, phone sales background, or previous in‑home sales experience.
