This person will be responsible for maintaining complete, accurate healthcare records and reports. Documenting vital signs and psychiatric/medical information. Working with the medical staff to ensure that the health and safety of our clients are being best taken care of.Responsibilities of the LPN:Working with physicians, PA's, NP's via zoom and in clinic.Maintaining complete, accurate healthcare records and reports.Medication administration, including injections.Monitoring patients for side effects or reactions.
