Maintenance Manager

Your responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid background industrial maintenance. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the performance of an hourly, unionized workforce through the scheduling of work assignments and follow-up of assignments; record keeping and scheduling of preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting equipment, as necessary. Responsibilities Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols Oversee facility upgrades and renovations Your profile Qualifications: Proven experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems Proficiency in project management to execute maintenance projects effectively Excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate maintenance teams This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated maintenance team in a dynamic work environment.
