Audio Video Program Manager Job Details: Location: EWING, NJ Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year Reports to: Day Program Director Responsibilities Establish, manage and expand community-based audio/visual programming and other activities for people with developmental disabilities during the day, evening, and weekends. Provide staff development to ensure front‑line staff and content area teachers can deliver dynamic and engaging audio/visual activities. Collaborate with staff to integrate multimedia projects into broader program goals. Ensure all community‑based activities meet fee‑for‑service requirements and align with assessed needs and interests of service recipients and their families. Develop and facilitate audio/visual programs, including video production, music creation, and digital storytelling tailored to adults with IDD. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to audio/visual production. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Assist Community Engagement Managers during staff shortages. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media Production, Communication, or related field. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred). Prior experience in TV/Radio production (required). Proven experience of 3+ years in audio/visual program management or related roles. Solid understanding of audio/visual production processes, techniques, and equipment.
