Practice Manager

Ellicott City, MD A growing physician-owned specialty medical practice is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead operations across multiple locations and serve as a key partner to ownership. This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who enjoys balancing operations, team leadership, financial management, and strategic business support in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across multiple outpatient offices Lead administrative and clinical support teams Manage payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting Partner with ownership on business performance and growth initiatives Develop monthly KPI reports and executive summaries Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and employment regulations Improve workflows and operational efficiency throughout the practice What We're Looking For 5+ years of healthcare practice management experience Strong leadership and people management skills Experience with payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting QuickBooks proficiency Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience working in a multi-provider or multi-site environment preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation & Benefits $80,000-$100,000 base salary Discretionary production bonus Health insurance Profit-sharing program 401(k) eligibility Long-term growth opportunity with an established physician-owned practice If you're looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact, help shape operations, and work closely with leadership in a growing healthcare organization, we'd love to connect.
