Mobile Phlebotomist - PRN

Mobile Phlebotomist (PRN/PT) Getlabs is hiring a part‑time and as‑needed Mobile Phlebotomist. Candidates must have strong experience in hospital, office, or mobile environments and provide friendly and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments, and drop samples off at service centers or laboratories. Follow safe and accurate blood‑collection procedures and process specimens with a high degree of accuracy. Adapt in a rapid high‑growth environment. Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours. Qualifications Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency. 1 year of phlebotomy experience, preferably mobile. Experience processing samples. Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to drive early in the morning (first appointments may be as early as 5 am). Ability to physically access patients, including kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting, and reaching. Ability to navigate patients’ homes, including climbing stairs and carrying 15 pounds while walking. Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and clean driving record. Proof of first shot of COVID‑19 vaccine within 30 days of employment. Bonus: Fluency in Spanish. Benefits W2 employment at $18 hr. Flexible schedule.
