Position: Supervisor of Youth Enrichment & Academies
Reports To: Director of the Extended Learning Department
Salary Range: $53,560 - $56,018

Benefits: Health Insurance, $30,000 Life Insurance, 401a Defined Benefit Plan, 13 paid holidays, 15 vacation days, 15 sick days and 3 planned absence days
Position Type: Full-time, salaried, non-union, 12-month position July 1 - June 30

Position Summary

Farmington Public Schools is seeking a Supervisor of Youth Enrichment & Academies to oversee school-year enrichment programs and the Summer Learning Academy. This role includes program development, instructor recruitment, enrollment management, and coordination of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Experience in youth programming or education
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enrichment programs (Pre-K Grade 8)
• Coordinate instructors, registrations, and program logistics
• Support programming across elementary and Pre-K sites, including regular site visits
• Oversee marketing and social media outreach
• Manage budgets, purchasing, and financial processes
• Coordinate FIRST LEGO League Jr. and other specialized programs
• Assist with all aspects of the Summer Learning Academy, including courses, staffing, scheduling, and family communication
• Develop new enrichment opportunities and summer camps
