Job Description:

Bring your customer service skills together as the Client Experience Specialist for an established building products and hardware company in South Florida. In this role, you will help customers identify the right products, troubleshoot installation and technical issues, provide product guidance, and deliver a professional customer experience through phone, email, and in-person support.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve customer questions related to product selection, installation, specifications, and technical applications.
• Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and in person, and document interactions in CRM and POS systems.
• Support sales and account teams with technical guidance during quotes, customer discussions, and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers and internal team members as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of product lines, updates, and applications while documenting recurring issues for the internal knowledge base.
• Follow safety, showroom, warehouse, and customer-service procedures while meeting performance goals for order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and first-contact resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, product support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM, POS, email, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar business systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, learn new products and technology quickly, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
