We join that data with deep context about our customers to find the opportunities worth acting on, and then put agents to work: automating risk analysis, drafting responses, auditing deals for nuance, to run a superior search. It measures what works and gets better every day.
The job:
- Own deals end to end. Discovery, demo, pilot, closing.
- Build champions from the bottom up at 50+ person agencies through cold outbound, conferencing, and creative networking.
- Run a formulaic discovery process, tying dollars to specific pains, creating strong business cases using first principles thinking.
- Run structured pilots with clear metrics identified through discovery.
- Close deals - average deal size ranges from $50 - 750k
What we are looking for:
- Mongo, snowflake, or early stage AE sales experience.
- Hunter profile, still in the weeds on deals vs overseeing.
- You use AI tools often enough to have opinions about them.
- Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
