Experience Required
- High School diploma required.
- 1 year customer service and/or retail experience
- Golf knowledge strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational aptitude and communication skills. Professionalism and prior experience with POS systems.
- Advanced computer skills including Word and Excel as well as excellent written and communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (Minimum of 24 hours/week and 3 days/week)
- Experience with Golf Genius Tournament Software a plus
- Prior Golf Operation experience preferred, particularly with JONAS POS and Chelsea Tee Times Booking System
Essential Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a working knowledge and conduct opening, interim and closing procedures.
- Conduct operations through the POS system (reservations, check-in, processing payments, etc.).
- Provide exceptional member/guest service with enthusiasm and a smile.
- Provide inventory management assistance to the Merchandiser.
- Promote all club activities and services.
- Assist the Golf Professionals with tournaments and leagues.
- Ability to work with others and as a team.
- Perform cleaning duties in the Golf Shop as needed.
