Peggy Focheux Duval: Director of Learning & Development, France As a Captain, you will lead and support a team of servers to deliver exceptional and consistent service to guests within your assigned outlet. You will assist the Outlet Manager and Supervisor in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the outlet in accordance with the established service standards and operational objectives. The role requires providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, while fostering a positive guest experience and maintaining high standards of hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence. Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia. Ideally holds a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field. Previous work experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage outlet is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges effectively. Good administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.
