We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op who is currently enrolled in college to join our team. This offer is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the engineering field while working on impactful projects. The ideal candidate is someone getting a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field. Minimum Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Eagerness to learn, contribute, and work collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

salary: $25 - $32 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning of some projects within the company.
• Perform / Assist with requalifcations such as Temp Mappings and other pharma equipment.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Support project managers in coordinating project activities and resources.
• Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project status and contributing ideas for process improvements.
• Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

Skills

• MS Office (6 months of experience is preferred)
