As a Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to help restore their function and mobility. Your role will include: Screening, evaluating, and treating patients as appropriate Developing and updating treatment and discharge plans of care Documenting services accurately and timely Supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and families Maintaining compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards To succeed in this role, you should have: Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT) An active state PT license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs Need 1 year experience in setting Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
