What You DoAs a Project Director for Kustom US, you own reconstruction projects from initial scope through final closeout, with full accountability for financial performance, operational execution, and customer experience. You lead complex rebuilds in fast-moving, high-stakes environments, bringing structure, clarity, and sound judgment to every phase of the project lifecycle. Working in close partnership with field leadership and cross-functional teams, you align scope, schedule, and resources, proactively manage risk and change, and ensure work is delivered to Kustom standards while protecting margin, timelines, and quality. You are successful in this role by:

- Owning Financial and Contract Performance
- Developing, reviewing, and managing scopes of work, estimates, supplements, and change orders
- Maintaining accountability for project budgets, forecasting, margin performance, and cost controls
- Participating in Work-in-Progress reviews, revenue forecasting, and project closeout activities
- Ensuring projects are accurately documented and prepared for timely and successful invoicing
- Leading Customer Experience
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, adjusters, and key stakeholders
