Restaurant ManagerWe are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on delivering excellent guest experiences and building high-performing teams.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily FOH and BOH operationsLead, coach, and develop team membersEnsure exceptional guest service and quick resolution of issuesManage scheduling, labor, and shift coverageMaintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standardsSupport hiring, training, and team developmentAssist with inventory, ordering, and vendor managementPartner with leadership to drive operational performanceQualificationsPrior restaurant management or strong shift leadership experience requiredExperience in high-volume, full-service operations preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work nights, weekends, and a flexible 40–45 hour scheduleProven ability to motivate teams and manage in a fast-paced environmentSchedule40–45 hours per week in a high-volume, full-service restaurantWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and sick time401(k) with company matchLife and disability insuranceParking ProvidedClear growth opportunities within the organizationSupportive, team-oriented environment
