Shift Manager

Description Pay: $20 per hour plus tips and bonus. Five Guys serves outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tier customer service approach. Job Details Shift managers are trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned. What can you expect? Real work/life hours: most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm, with no drive‑thrusters.
