Job Description
Caregivers Non Medical provide essential support and companionship to elderly individuals and adults with disabilities. They assist with daily activities to enhance clients' quality of life, focusing on safety, comfort, and emotional well-being during both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Remind clients to take medications on schedule
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment
- Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
- Support client mobility and ensure safety
- Monitor client safety and report any concerns
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and family members
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in non-medical caregiving
- Certificate in caregiving or related field
- Strong patient care and empathy skills
- Basic cooking and housekeeping abilities
